Vegan-friendly, & some free-from, gluten-free, & eco-friendly places to eat & shop in & around Berwick, Northumberland & the Scottish Borders.
Please note, this list is not exhaustive. We'll keep updating as we receive new information. The current suggestions are based on personal or guests' positive experiences, but situations can change, so we always recommend checking before booking/eating.
These are businesses we recommend for consistently catering well for our vegan guests, though if you ask, almost anywhere with a competent chef/cook (&/or internet access) should be able to cater for vegans these days.
I've added some eco & recycling-minded places for shopping too, as although not vegan, our visitors often ask for such suggestions, & this keeps the info all in one place.
