Sandra is a young widow and single parent determined to obtain the best care for her ailing father, while tending to her young daughter and her own work role as a translator.
She finds solace with a friend from her past who is now unhappily married. Their part-time relationship could offer Sandra relief from the pressures of work, childcare and juggling her other family responsibilities, but can she achieve the fulfilment she needs?
