Etal Show is one of the oldest one-day country fairs in the north east of England. This quintessentially English event is held annually on the first Sunday of September. Here locals and visitors get together to enjoy all the delights of a country show.

Explore the main marquee to view the hotly contested horticultural competition entries, there will be giant vegetables, flower arrangements, sponges light as a feather, jams and much, much more. There will also be craft displays by local artists.

Relax and enjoy a varied programme of music, entertainment and live displays plus there is always tea and cakes, or beer or banter to tempt you.

Naturally there is also a companion dog show where local and visiting pooches can compete in a range of classes.

Attractions include: Les Amis Stunt Horse Team, Apollo the performing dog, Billy the fortune-telling goat, alpacas, a bouncy castle, face painting, children’s activities, vintage vehicles, and performances by the Coldstream Pipe Band, Berwick Concert Band and Glendale Community Ceilidh Band. In addition there will be craft stalls, a beer tent, and a food tent

GATES OPEN AT 12PM AND THE EVENT FINISHES AT 5PM
ENTRY CHARGE IS £5 FOR ADULTS, CHILDREN (15 AND UNDER) FREE ADMISSION.
