The WaterOrgan
The WaterOrgan is a fantastical floating sound installation on a catamaran by artist Mark Zygadlo, that produces music by reading the river itself.
Following outings in Peebles and Kelso, Connecting Threads is bringing the WaterOrgan to Norham and Paxton House alongside a programme of activities.
Saturday 12th August | Norham
11am – 4pm
Location: On the banks of the Tweed, at the bottom of the Pedwell Way
See the WaterOrgan on the river, with water biological activities from Tweed Foundation, flag making with artist Emma Whigham, and a community picnic at 1pm
7pm- 9pm
Location: Jubilee Field Community Orchard
Join us for a BBQ accompanied by the sounds of the WaterOrgan. No booking required, open to all!
Sunday 13th August | Paxton House
11am – 3pm
See the WaterOrgan on the river, with free canoeing sessions and various activities, alongside Paxton House Summer Fayre.
