Our Story
Hello! My name is Abbi, and I am the daydreamer behind Puddles, founded alongside my top dog and goddess, @shakirasausage. Since opening our doors on November 6, 2021, weβve grown and evolved, moving to our current, larger location on February 11 last year. I was initially nervous about the move, fearing weβd lose the magic of our old shopfront, but thanks to the incredible work of local sign writer Jim, weβve recreated the charm, complete with a handmade hanging umbrella sign!

Find our bricks-and-mortar boutique in Berwick upon Tweed, just off the High Street down a little cobbled lane at No. 18, West Street. Weβre proud to be a part of this vibrant community, participating in window displays throughout the year to add personality to our lovely street.
Puddles has been a lifelong dream of mine, a whimsical vision that began with the idea of selling umbrellas to make people smile, no matter the weather. After moving to Berwick post-COVID, it all came together rather spontaneously. We’re still winging it but loving every minute!
